About Me

As an adult-onset athlete my focus in the past few years has been mainly running.  As my love of physical fitness has grown I have begun to search for additional ways to keep active; such as soccer, commuting to work on my bicycle and yoga.  In addition to my physical fitness goals I have begun a foray into plant-based eating and am looking for ways to enhance my athletic training while nourishing my body in the most pure and natural way possible.  This blog will be mainly be about running, but you can look forward to stories of my life in Philadelphia, my adventures with my husband, and my escapades as a full-time employee and part-time MSW student.
